Essential Job Responsibilities as a Peak Trainer:
1. Lead and/or assist in Peak Skills programs with attention to personal and skill development.
2. Promote and actively participate in all Peak Skills programs.
3. Work effectively with other trainer/coaches and collaborate on various responsibilities.
4. Coach, manage, referee or assist with all Peak Skills programs.
5. Serve as a positive role model.

Education Requirements:
1. Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree
Other Skill Requirements:
1. Outstanding communication skills which include the ability to use
clear, concise and grammatically correct written and oral language in
all aspects of professional interaction with clients, their families and
the larger community
2. Five years basketball training experience with clients starting at age 5
3. College or Professional basketball playing experience a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to push/pull, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs.
2. Ability to respond to emergency situations, which may require running (up to 1 mile in some cases).
3. Good physical condition which enables candidate to execute all responsibilities associated with this position
